I am grateful for the students I get to work with, even more now that I don't see students as often. When I have the opportunity they are so inspirational and give me the energy to keep working to improve programs and services. I would think that I would come to expect them all to be phenomenal but I continue to be amazed conversation after conversation. I love this field of higher education.
